We understand that choosing a stroller is an important decision, and our goal is to help make it easier for you. In this section, you'll find answers to queries regarding our products, shipping and delivery processes, and more.

  • What happens when I place an order?
    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail straight away, so you can be sure that we have received your order. Your credit card will be pre-authorized, and we confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
  • How soon will my stroller be shipped?
    You item(s) are often available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days). If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@5starstrollers.com. Estimated delivery/transit time after the order has been confirmed as shipped is 3-10 business days.
  • Will my stroller arrive safely?
    We take utmost care in packaging your baby stroller to protect it from any damage during transportation. We partner with trusted shipping carriers renowned for their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. By selecting the most reputable logistics companies, we guarantee a seamless shipping experience for you. Rest assured that your precious cargo is in safe hands. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@5starstrollers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
  • Can I return my order?
    Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at returns@5starstrollers.com with a description of the return and your order number. Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. 5 Star Baby Strollers will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method. Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware and any other related items and must be in perfect unused condition, or restocking and repackaging fees will apply.
  • What warranty does my stroller have?
    The manufacturer of the stroller is responsible for fulfilling the warranty. Check the documentation that came with the stroller, or refer to the manufacturer's website.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What types of strollers are available?
    There are several types of strollers available, each designed for specific purposes. Full-sized strollers are suitable for everyday use and offer a wide range of features. They usually offer a smoother ride. Lightweight/umbrella strollers are lighweight and compact, making them ideal for travel or quick errands. Jogging strollers are designed for active parents who want to go running or jogging with their baby. Some strollers are travel systems, which means they come with a detachable infant car seat. This makes it simple to move the baby from the car to the stroller without disturbing their sleep. Double or tandem strollers have more than one seat, making them suitable for parents with twins or multiple children.
  • Do all strollers have reclining seats?
    No, all strollers are different. A reclining seat is useful if it has a fully flat position, perfect for newborns or napping.
  • Do stroller have suspension systems?
    Different strollers will have different types of suspension. The better the suspension, the smoother the ride.
  • Can I take a stroller out in the rain?
    Yes, but the design will determine how dry your child remains. Strollers with a canopy can protect against rain, wind, and the sun.
  • Will my stroller fit in my vehicle?
    This depends on the size of your vehicle and the storage space available, along with the features of the stroller. Strollers generally will fold up, but different strollers fold in different ways and to different sizes. One-handed folding mechanisms can make it very easy to collapse the stroller.
  • How much does a stroller cost?
    Strollers vary in price, usually according to features and quality. You want a sturdy, safe, and reliable stroller for you baby, so it can be worth paying a little more.
