Your satisfaction is very important to us. We're happy to offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on most items!

Most merchandise purchased from 5Star Baby Strollers can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Product must be in perfect condition along with all original packaging intact.

Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at with a description of the return and your order number. Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent at the customer's expense to the address we provide you during authorization. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. 5 Star Baby Strollers will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware and any other related items and must be in perfect unused condition, or restocking and repackaging fees will apply.

Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the cost of shipping, and return shipping labels subtracted from the refund amount. (Now applicable to all returned items) Contact us at for return information/fees regarding your product.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
